Day 1: Hanoi - Halong Bay - Phoenix Cruiser (L, D)
7.30 – 8.00: Shuttle bus and guide will pick you up at your hotel. On the way to Halong city, enjoy the journey through the rich farmlands of the Red River Delta and the scenery of rice fields, water buffalo and everyday Vietnamese village life.
12.15: Embark on Halong Phoenix Cruiser for welcome drink followed by a cruise briefing and safety instructions. Enjoy a delicious seafood lunch while our cruiser heads to the bay passing the beautiful limestone seascape.
15.15: Visiting Sung Sot cave, one of the most amazing caves in Halong Bay. The two chambers that form this amazing grotto are decorated with thousands of spectacular stalactite and stalagmite forms.
16.25: Enjoy kayaking (weather permitted) with guideline around the fishing village then return to the vessel for free time at your leisure. Fresh fruit platter will be served on the sundeck.
17.45: Halong Phoenix cruises through the Bay to its overnight anchorage near Luon Cave.
18.00: Cooking demonstration and discover the mystic recipes of the Vietnamese cuisine.
19.00: Seafood set-dinner on board.
21.00: Enjoy evening activities – Movie Night, Board Games, Fishing or karaoke program Overnight on Halong Phoenix Cruiser.
Day 2: Halong - Hanoi (B, L)
A new day has come with beautiful sunrise view from your cabin.
7.30: Have breakfast while complimentary tea & coffee are served.
8.00: Trip by tender to Ti Top island for swimming or climb up to the top to see the outstanding scenery of the bay.
9.00: Return to Phoenix Cruiser. The vessel cruises leisurely back to harbor. 9.30: Check out and settle the bill.
11.00: Set menu lunch is served on board.
12.00: Disembark and transfer back to Hanoi.
16.00: Arrive in Hanoi. End of services
Day 1: HANOI HALONG PHOENIX CRUISE (L, D)
AM: Be picked up at your hotel from 8h00 for 3.5 hour bus ride through the country side of the Red River Delta to Ha Long City. Upon arrival, aboard Halong Phoenix Cruiser, fresh seafood lunch (vegetable menu available) would be served while the boat is gliding out.
PM: A short tender ride from the middle of the bay to an island for the famous Sung Sot Cave. As the sun sets over the bay, you are free to swim from your boat or just relax on sundeck with your favorite drink. Dinner is served with typically local seafood and overnight on boat.
Day 2: HALONG PHOENIX CRUISE KAYAKING (B, L, D)
AM: Rise up for a breath taking on sundeck, be ready with your camera for a stunning vista in the serene bay. After breakfast, a kayaking support boat will take you further to the Southern end of Halong bay to anchor in the tranquil beauty of Lan Ha, away from the overcrowded water area. Learn some basic paddling techniques, then make your own strokes and private beaches hopping.
PM: Lunch (BBQ lunch on beach is at tidal permission) and swim at a private beach. More kayaking for more deserted lagoons and exploring quiet floating village. Then goes a perfect time to take in the views in the cool of the afternoon as the last rays of the sun cast reflections over this beautiful area. You would be back on the Phoenix Cruiser at the end of the afternoon. Dinner and overnight on boat.
Day 3: HALONG - HANOI (B, L)
AM: After breakfast, we visit an island (Titop) and relax on its beach; it is optional to walk up to the top for the panoramic view of the anchorage area. You will learn the recipes and techniques that go into the most popular dish of the Vietnamese food. Lunch would be served when cruising back to the harbor.
PM:
Our bus is waiting on the harbor to take you back to Hanoi. Trip ends at your hotel around 16h00.
