Professional and trustworthy agency! Highly recommended! Absolutely trustworthy and professional! A heartfelt thank you to Ms. Liah for her kindness and endless patience in organizing our individual 3-week tour of Vietnam combined with golfing at various courses. She incorporated all our wishes and changes, provided valuable tips for tours and hotels, and was always available on-site. The journey itself was fantastic, with almost all of Vietnam's highlights. Always excellent, punctual, and friendly drivers with spacious and comfortable SUVs. Likewise, the guides. The selected restaurants were very good and typically Vietnamese. And all of this booked significantly cheaper than with a German agency.

This was a trip we had looked forward to for years. We wanted it to be perfect. It was originally planned for 2020 but we all know what happened that year. So we waited and worked with the team at Paradise to make it happen when things got better again. So to say it was a long time coming was not a stretch. It turned out to be the trip we had hoped for and more. It was perfect. Tracy was the agent we worked with and she put together the itinerary just as we had hoped. She listened to us and created the trip we wanted and made it extra special. I want to key in to the fact that she listened to what we wanted. She also added things we didn't know we wanted but were a fabulous addition. She was the expert and it showed. We could not have had a better trip. She thought of everything and it went like clockwork. We wanted a private driver and guide as we moved through Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam. Tracy arranged for absolutely wonderful, knowledgeable and professional guides and drivers. Everyone of them was on time, thoughtful and enjoyable to be around. Every single person who was with us as a guide or driver just seemed like the best and most experienced person we could have. Dietary restrictions were handled as if they were no problem, even though I am sure it took some work on the part of our guides and the host entities. Never once was it made to be a big deal. Everyone worked to make it easy for us and never made us feel as if it was even a blip on their radar. I can not stress enough that this was a perfect trip and it was planned and executed flawlessly by the staff of Paradise Travel. I would recommend them to any and all of my friends or to anyone that wanted to travel to Asia.

Paradise Travel planned our week trip in Vietnam. Silly us, we did not apply for the Vietnamese evisa overseas and therefore were refused boarding on our planned flight to Ho Chi Minh Ville... Ms Liah from Paradise partner was of an amazing help. She contacted the administration in Vietnam to accelerate the evisa process which unabled us to board another flight quickly. We can only recommend Paradise Travel: professionalism, pro-activity. Drivers on time guide very friendly. Thanks a lot to Ms Liah.
