We arrived in Brisbane Monday morning. My daughter and myself were sick, so I couldn't reply earlier.
Thank you so much for your welcome to your office and your gifts. It touched us.
Without you and your services, we would not have seen or learn so many things in a short time in our tours to Vietnam. Our hotels were great, always in the right spot. Our domestic flights were also very good.
Our drivers were also there for us and we thank them too. Our guides were all different and it's nice to change them from cities. All of them gave us practical information about the history, culture and interests.
I will send an email to each of them to thank them for their great job.
Overall we were very impressed by your services and if we come back we will call you again.
We'll pass your contact to our friends and family and we'll recommend your services. Keep continuing the same way you operate Lucy, don't change anything.
You always listen to your customers; you are flexible and hyper fast to answer emails, queries which are very important.
