We would like to thank Lucy Thuy Hang for the excellent job. She did in planning our tour of Vietnam and Cambodia. Everything that was on the itinerary was done without any problems. Everyone was on time and the hotels were very good. Our guides were informative and courteous. Our trip was outstanding and we would not hesitate to recommend your agency. Lucy Thuy Hang is an excellent agent and went above and beyond when we needed help with a medical emergency. We could not have handles the situation without her invaluable help. She also quickly and efficiently had our passports returned to us when we made the error of leaving them in SaPa. Without her help our trip would have been over.
We thank you and Lucy for a great trip and wonderful experience.
