10.0 Perfect!
I selected this company based on opinions on Tripadvisor and we had contact Helen, a lovely consultant who knew how to respond quickly and efficiently to each of my questions. It was very good to contact via Whatsapp, which allowed us to be directly connected with her for any questions. The visit was spectacular and it was very wise to have a private tour to Saigon and Hanoi. Very good car and driver in Saigon, particularly we want to mention the tour guide Mr Hung (or I think James) who spoke English very well and was always attentive to our questions and needs. The transfers to the airport were very punctual and the tours with lunch were very good and the recommended hotels were very excellent. In short, highly recommended to organize a tour to Vietnam with Paradise Travel.

10.0 Family Holiday
We are from Sydney. Travelled with my husband and 19 yrs old Son. We were here in Feb which is fairly hot weather at this time. Thank You to Paradise travel who provides comfortable vehicle to pick us around. The guide and driver are always on time. Its a well organised package tour of 9 days in Vietnam. Not only that The Sales Manager Mr. Alex Duy take the trouble to pick or send passengers off. What a thoughtful service given. I will give a thumbs Up for this travel agent. 10.0 One week visit to Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh, Hue, Hanoi, Halong Bay)
My wife had a meeting in Vietnam and we decided to spend a further week visiting. We wanted to see the major sites to get an impression of the country. We contact Paradise Travel who were truly excellent! Alex Duy came up with a schedule that met our very brief stay. The excellent thing was he managed the tours, hotels and flights and we were able to contact him in case of problems. We started in Ho Chi Minh, Hue and Hanoi as well as a short cruise in Halong Bay. Alex booked tours, flights, hotel. Everything was smoothly organised and Alex kept us informed on a typhoon that passed through and could have disrupted our visit to Halong Bay (he came up with an alternative for us in case the typhoon meant the cruise was cancelled). All the tour guides were very knowledgeable and kind. We thoroughly enjoyed our time. It would have been difficult for us to have organised the trip ourselves and Paradise travel's knowledge of the country (since they are based in Vietnam) made things a lot simpler for us. For our quite short stay we managed to see a reasonable amount. We did not feel the tour guides were intrusive or pushy (something we have experienced in other countries). We tend to like to go around ourselves to visit things, but this time we didn't mind the tours. The tour guides felt more like friends than guides. The organisation, tours and help was truly excellent. Would recommend them to help plan a visit.

9.8 Excellent, best tour operator we have ever worked with

This is the second time we engaged the service of Vietnam Paradise travel. We took a group of 24 people from all over the world for a culture and tango tour from North to South. Duy, our sales contact was exceptional. The nature of the tour required a high level of customisation and flexibility which he fulfilled 100%. From chartering our own cruise boat to various pickup points to organising accommodation to our hotels of choice. Professional, reliable and absolutely trustworthy. Paradise travel always went beyond their duty to fulfill our needs. We are planning another trip in the near future and will definitely use them again. I highly recommend the company should you want to tour Vietnam.

10.0 Extraordinary Trip

Hello Mrs. Huong Le,

I am writing to let you know about the progress of our trip to Vietnam.

We are very satisfied with the delivery of your agency and your follow-up before and during the trip. The route, transportation, and hotels were very good in general.

Sapa, Hoi An, and Hue are extraordinary. The two nights in Halong Bay are worth spending!

We are satisfied with all the drivers. For tour guides, we could recommend Phuon and Lian.

Your country is really beautiful, the food is excellent and, most importantly, the people are very welcoming.

Thanks again for making an interesting trip for us.

10.0 Superb Trip

Hello Ms Huong Le,

I just want to give you our feedback on the trip and thank you for the excellent organization. We were delighted with our stay, everything was really good and exactly what we expected.

Tuan was an excellent, extremely knowledgeable and friendly tour guide. He always listened to us and brought us a lot of information about the places we visited.

- Mai Chau / Pu Luong / Ninh Binh: The homestays were very nice, especially the beautiful Pu Luong Retreat. The meals are delicious and the surrounding landscapes are romantic.

- Seaplane flight: IT WAS SUPERB !! We really liked it.

- In any case, once again I thank you for the organization of our stay and I will not hesitate to recommend Paradise Travel if my friends wish to visit Vietnam.

I wish you a nice day.

Yours sincerely,
