10.0 A life time of memories
I can't speak more highly of Alex Duy and his team at Paradise Travel. We spent weeks working with him online to plan for our first overseas trip with our young family (ages 6 and 8). He initiated the first draft of the itinerary which we were able to customize to suit us. This trip was fabulous and has created a life time of memories for us. We traveled Vietnam North to South, Plus Siem Reap/ Angkor Wat in Cambodia in two weeks. It catered for our family needs ensuring family suitable accommodation with either family suites or adjoining rooms. This was a big step for us travelling from Australia with kids and Alex made the planning so easy, he was quick and responsive with every step. During the course of the trip, we felt supported with fabulous guides and drivers at each location. We didn't have to stress about the transfers, internal flights or itinerary as it was all planned meticulously. Our guides were fabulous and were extremely knowledgeable in culture, history as well as being fluent in English and accommodating in travelling with small children. A big shout out to Hoan in Hanoi, Trang in Hue and On in Cambodia - you made our trip so easy even when the kids got tired from the long days. Thank you to you all for an incredible trip which we will remember for many years to come. Highly recommend Alex and his team!

10.0 Vietnam/Cambodia trip
We had a fantastic trip to Vietnam/Cambodia along with our 2 college age children in large part thanks to the excellent support by Paradise Travel throughout the trip. We had ambitious goals and while we like to travel independently, we felt we would not be able to pull it off without travel agency support in this unfamiliar part of the world. I found Paradise Travel through an online search and they have proven to be tremendously helpful from helping with organizing the trip, adjusting to our ambitious goals but letting us know what seemed (and was) unrealistic and providing a travel agenda including Hanoi, Ha Long Bay, Angkor Wat, Phnom Phen, Chau Doc and Saigon where each day from 8Am-5Pm we had access to a guide and a driver but could explore independently both during the day and then in evening hours at our own pace. Besides the day to day excellent guide/driver support, they also helped book flights/hotels and arranged daytime meals as well in lovely restaurants. Lastly, let me mention that they paid very close attention to detail- including a severe food allergy and made certain that each and every restaurant was aware of this particular concern. All in all, we are very grateful for their excellent support and recommend their services very highly.

10.0 An Exceptional Trip
My wife and I returned home a few days ago after spending five weeks traveling in Vietnam and Cambodia. We worked with Alex Duy at Vietnam Paradise Travel to arrange this trip. Very simply put, he did an excellent job regarding every aspect of the trip that he was responsible for arranging. In the past, my wife and I have made our own travel arrangements. However, as this was our first trip to Asia, we decided to use the services of a travel agency to make the arrangements. We are very happy that we chose Vietnam Paradise Travel. Everything worked out very well and without a glitch. We were referred to Alex Duy by a friend. When we began working with him we provided him information regarding our interests, our travel style, the places in each country we wanted to visit and the activities we wanted to engage in. He took that information and developed a comprehensive itinerary. Once we signed off on it, he handled all arrangements regarding hotels home stays reservations, airline reservations in Vietnam and Cambodia, guides and drivers, and visa applications. Again, I'm happy to report that everything worked quite smoothly and without any problems. During the trip, we needed to make an adjustment to our itinerary due to weather conditions and Mr. Duy was able to arrange the change in a timely quickly and effectively. One of his strong suits is his emphasis and practice of remaining in contact with his clients during the planning process, as well as during the trip, in an effort to ensure that everything is working as planned. Whenever we had a question, he responded in a timely manner. During the trip he periodically contacted us via FB Messenger to inquire how the trip was going. He also routinely contacted us with specific times when guides and drivers were scheduled to meet us. We found this to be a very important and valuable part of his service offering. The guides he selected were very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. They spoke English well. Additionally, they seemed to take a genuine interest in ensuring that we were having an enjoyable travel experience and that we were comfortable. On a consistent basis they provided ample explanation of the background, significance, culture and history of the places and sights we visited. That helped bring context to the experience as well as increase our understanding and appreciation for those places. Our itinerary included a fair amount of hiking/trekking, particularly in the northern part of the Vietnam and in the two national parks we visited--Ba Be and Phong Nha-Ke Bang. When hiking, our guides looked out for our safety. As an aside, I enjoy photography, which our guides recognized. To the extent possible, they factored in some extra time for that. They also suggested spots where they thought I could get good shots. I certainly appreciated that. All of the drivers we had were good. Whether on mountain roads, busy highways, or busy and seemingly chaotic city streets they drove safely and professionally. They were friendly and courteous. And they made sure we always had enough bottled water while on the road or after hikes or visits to sights. Much appreciated. The hotels and home stay were all good and met our expectations. Regarding restaurants, we told our guides that we preferred local food and the restaurants they took us to were quite good as well. The same applies to the home stays. And some of the meals we had were exceptional. Mr. Duy and Vietnam Travel demonstrated to us that they are professional, trustworthy and very customer-focused. As a result of their efforts, we had a very enjoyable, memorable, rewarding and impactful travel experience while in Vietnam and Cambodia. We will definitely use Alex Duy and Vietnam Paradise Travel again when our travel plans include Southeast Asia. Additionally, without reservation, we highly recommend him and the company to anyone who is planning to travel to that part of Asia.

I have used this agency for my trips to Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand. The quality of tour program and accommodations are the same every time. This agency has done perfectly in customizing a tailor-made trip. The services are excellent with great guides, very good vehicles, and a serious care. The quality is quite amazing to the reasonable price. I have recommended Paradise Travel to my friends if they are planning their trips to Southeast Asia.
