Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 : Hanoi Arrival

Upon your arrival at Noi Bai – Hanoi International Airport, our tour guide will be holding a welcome signboard with Paradise Travel & your name outside the baggage claim area and escort you to Hanoi downtown with a brief introduction en route. Check in hotel.

Hoan Kiem Lake – Hanoi

The rest of the day is at your leisure to explore the tree-lined boulevards, French Indochinese architectures and tranquil lakes of this unique city.

Hanoi is Vietnam’s capital city and home to seven million people. Traditional and refined with French colonial architecture, tree-lined boulevards, scenic lakes and a bustling Old Quarter, Hanoi has a sophisticated charm. Observe locals practicing Tai Chi by the lake, with barbers and food vendors plying their sidewalk trade.

Day 2 : Hanoi - Halong by private car

In the morning, our driver and guide will pick you up and transfer you to Halong bay from your hotel. It will take roughly 2 hours to arrive Halong. Arrival lunchtime, check in our luxury cruise and start your wonderful time in Halong Bay. Spend whole afternoon to enjoy the magnificent sceneries around you, there are thousands of limestone islands standing in the middle of sea water, all of them are covered by a thick layer of green forest which make Halong bay more and more beautiful. Have lunch, dinner and stay overnight on boat.

Day 3 : Halong Bay - Ninh Binh by private car

Wake up early to enjoy the fresh air of the sea, take part in some morning exercises on the sundeck with our master. Then, have breakfast and our boat lift anchor to start cruising in the bay again. Keep camera ready on your hand to take the best photos of Halong Bay in the morning.

Have lunch on the boat and check out. Our boat finished cruising at the harbor and time to say goodbye Halong bay. Then you will be transferred to Ninh Binh, it takes about 4 hours on driving to arrive in this city.

Day 4 : Ninh Binh - Hoa Lu - Tam Coc - Hanoi

Hoa Lu – Ninh Binh

Enjoy breakfast at hotel, we leave Hanoi for Hoa Lu – Tam Coc, enjoying the beautiful sceneries of the rural areas on the way. After arriving in Ninh Binh province, the guide takes you to visit Hoa Lu – the Ancient Royal capital of Viet Nam. We will visit Dinh king temple and Le king temple. In the 10th century, finding out the heroic histories of this two Kings in Chinese Wars.

Tam Coc – Ninh Binh

After that, we go to Tam Coc (10 km far from Hoa Lu), you will have lunch at a nice restaurant before boarding a small boat to visit Tam Coc, meaning literally, “Three Caves”. With Ha Long type views of majestic limestone cliffs and mysterious yet inviting caves, as well as countryside sights, like  peaceful streams, rice paddies and deserted green fields, Tam Coc really has it all. Then, you will be transferred to hotel in Ninh Binh. Night at hotel.

Day 5 : Hanoi City tour and cooking class

Visit the grand Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (viewed from outside; closed Mon and Fri and from Oct-Nov), the ‘icon of Hanoi’ – The One Pillar Pagoda, the beautiful Temple of Literature, Ngoc Son temple and The Restored Sword Lake. Lunch at a nice restaurant. Join in a cooking class in the afternoon, you can know about how to cook the traditional Vietnamese foods as well as enjoy special dishes from this tour. Overnight at hotel.

Day 6 : Hanoi - Fly to Yangon

Upon arrival at Yangon International Airport, meet by our guide and the driver and transfer to hotel.

Day 7 : Yangon

The tour of Yangon includes Karaweik Hall a Royal barge on the Royal lake for a photo stop, Chaukhtatgyi (Reclining Buddha) Pagoda a colossal reclining Buddha. Drive in downtown to visit colonial buildings. You will also visit the world’s famous Shwedagon Pagoda. Witness the golden dome light up the sunshine at the sunset. Overnight in Yangon.

Day 8 : Yangon

Day 9 : Yangon - Fly to Mandalay

Breakfast at hotel before transfer to the airport with our guide for a flight to Mandalay. Upon arrival, picked up by the local tour guide and transfer for sightseeing.

Drive to Amarapura, visit Mahagandayon Monastery where hundreds of young Novice (Sanga) studying Buddhist Literature with strikingly obeying rule and regulation of the Monastery according to Buddha teaching, U Bein Bridge beautiful long wooden bridge.

Mandalay full day sightseeing; visit to Mahamuni Pagoda, Shwenandaw Monastery (Golden Palace) noted for its exquisite wood carving, Kuthodaw Pagoda known as the World’s Biggest Book for its stone slabs of Buddhist scriptures. In the evening enjoy the sunset from Mandalay Hill. Overnight in Mandalay.

Day 10 : Mandalay - Mingun - Mandalay

Depart Mandalay on a private boat along the Ayeyarwaddy River to visit Mingun, a village on the west bank of the river. Visit Settawya Pagoda, Mingun Pahtotawgyi, the world-renowned ringing Mingun Bell and Myatheintan Pagoda.

Return to Mandalay. Overnight in Mandalay.

Day 11 : Mandalay - Fly to Bagan

After breakfast at hotel, transfer to airport for the flight to Bagan. For sightseeing, it includes a visit to the colorful Nyaung U Market, Shwezigon Pagoda, and its magnificent golden stupa. Breakfast at hotel. After the visit to lacquer ware workshop; drive to Manuha temple, built in Mon style in 1059, Nanbaya Temple, a unique sandstone monument, said to have been the palace of King Manuha.

Afternoon visit Mt. Popa: A visit to Bagan would not be complete without a trip to Mount Popa. Considered as one of the most popular pilgrimage spots in Myanmar, Mount Popa is an extinct volcano where the Popa Taungkalat Monastery is found. Popa used to be called the ‘Mountain of Spirits,’ and is still recognized as a dwelling of ‘nats,’ or spirits of ancient ancestors.

Come back to Bagan afternoon.  Your time at leisure. Overnight in Bagan

Day 13 : Bagan - Fly Mandalay

Early morning transfer to airport and fly to Mandalay. Proceed to the hotel and overnight at hotel.
