10.0 Vietnam Trip of a Lifetime
Our family of 11 traveled to Vietnam last week and booked most of our trip through Paradise Travel. I dealt with Ms. Helen Dang to book the hotels, cruise, and transportation (flights and van) for the entire 10 day trip. Ms. Helen was very accommodating during the entire planning process and gave us a very favorable price for the trip. Although there were a couple small things that I wasn't pleased about, these were minor compared with the entire experience. Vietnam is a wonderful place to visit and I would highly recommend Paradise Travel as they provided services for us all over the country.

10.0 VIETNAM tour with PARADISE TRAVEL – Excellent – Very professional – UNFORGETTABLE
Very serious and concerned about these customers, Mrs HUONG was at the top of the organization. Extraordinary accommodations as well as comfortable, very fresh and high-end services. We toured Vietnam in 3 weeks, Paradise Travel took care of everything (booking accommodation, English speaking guide, driver with car, tourist sites, nights with locals). The punctuality of drivers and guides must be emphasized. Our counselor listened to us during these three weeks for any questions and also spend time to listen to our news during our holidays. Many thanks to you and the guides and to your professionalism. Our trip was unforgettable, partly thanks to you! We highly recommend.

10.0 Exceptional does not begin to describe our Vietnam experience.
Our first experience with Paradise Travel was a same day answer to our inquiry eMail. Over the next 12 months we changed our minds several times and nothing was too much trouble for Alex Duy (Sales Manager) who responded immediately to each new request with a revised itinerary. Our trip began in Hanoi, a cruise on Halong bay, relaxed at the seaside on Phu Quock island then on to Ho Chi Min City and finally (can you ever have enough) more seaside chill time in Mui Ne – finally returning to South Africa after 14 days fully rested and with a new insight of the Vietnamese culture and way of life – this is what traveling is all about! What Paradise Travel excelled at was placing us in good comfortable hotels (you have no idea of how many hotels there are in Vietnam – good luck if you want to book yourself) where the location was within a block or two of the night markets and restaurants – as an indicator, during our holiday we never needed a taxi ever! Paradise Travel also arranged private tours for us in Hanoi and HCMC where a driver and English speaking guide would collect us at an arranged time and take us (in air conditioned luxury) to see various sites of cultural and historic importance. The guides were very well spoken and offered a plethora of facts and insight that made the experience both interesting and memorable. Travel Tip: If you are considering visiting Vietnam, send a mail to Paradise Travel. With their local knowledge and quick responses you will be guaranteed a fantastic holiday.

10.0 unforgettable trip and impeccable organization
We went on a 2- week trip to Vietnam from North to South with two kids aged 8 and 11. Paradise Travel took care of all bookings and the organization of the trip. Everything was wonderfully well- organized. The guides were very knowledgeable and spoke impeccable French. They were all very attentive to the well- being of the children and they were able to adapt so that the trip was perfect for everyone. The vehicles and the drivers were very good also. The journey of the trip corresponded exactly to the quote and further more. There were only two "incidents" beyond the control of the agency (a car that breaks down and a reservation lost by the hotel) were each settled in less than 10 minutes. Such an amazing journey that would remain long in our memories. If we return to the region, we will definitely go through the same agency.

10.0 Great experience
The team at Paradise Travel were quick to organize a last minute tour for my wife's birthday. The guides were brilliant fun and went above and beyond to make the tour extra special. They also ensured we were able to take the tour by motorbike. Thank you for great service!

  • Guide: Some limitations of his French.
  • Driver: He listened attentively and understood our requests very well despite our language barrier.

10.0 Excellent!!
We were delighted with Paradise Travel, everything was organized correctly, our tour guides spoke French very well and they were knowledgeable about Vietnam's history. The hotels were particularly well chosen especially the one in Hanoi. The tour was perfect too since we could see real Vietnamese villages, eat with local hosts and walk around unspoiled areas.
