10.0 Fantastic trip with hands-on, wonderful support from Paradise!
My wife and I took a 2.5-week vacation to Vietnam, our first visit. I reached out to Paradise Travel based on TA rating, and was not disappointed... Ms. Helen and co. did a fantastic job suggesting places to go -- Hanoi, Ha Long Bay, Sapa, Hoi An, Ho Chi Minh City [aka Saigon], the Mekong Delta, and Phu Quoc island. She suggested hotels and was flexible when I suggested different ones, then made all needed reservations, set up translators/tour guides, *all* transportation including planes, trains, and automobiles, and clearly documented each step. Helen kept in close contact for any questions we had. The trip was excellent (we loved Vietnam!), and wholeheartedly recommend Paradise for anyone visiting this dynamic, beautiful, and interesting country!

10.0 Outstanding Tour Company in Vietnam
I found this company on Tripadvisor and contacted them via email. They were fabulous. We had a 2-week tour, top to bottom, fully personalised, our own car, guides. Everything was organised prior to going with lots of opportunity to change ideas, accomodation, lengths of stays etc. Everything was excellent. We stayed in great accomodation, our guides all spoke excellent English and our drivers and cars were clean and very safe. Can't recommend the company highly enough. Thanks for a great experience.

10.0 Vietnam – a great holiday with our family
We have just returned home from 18 days in Vietnam travelling from north to south. Alex from paradise Travel in Hanoi helped to put together all airport transfers, the Sapa train tickets a Halong Bay boat trip, internal flights, a street food tour in Hanoi and 2 day tours to Mekong and cu chi tunnels. I cannot praise Alex and his company highly enough with every component of the trip working without a hitch The transfers were a godsend and the drivers were always there when required and usually early. The company was so professional and did exactly as requested. Thank you Paradise Travel I would not hesitate to recommend to use for your Vietnam trip. 10.0 Overall a fantastic trip
Spent 17 days on the Country of Dragons tour. In the lead up to the trip, Alex was very prompt and easy to communicate with, catering to all requests and queries. He also maintained communication during the trip. The guides were also fantastic, with Win (Hanoi), Trung (Hue) and James (HCMC) being especially professional and attentive. Hotels and restaurants organised by Paradise were all clean and good value.

10.0 Vietnam Paradise Travel and 5-star service offered by Ms. Huong Le
Thanks to the professionalism of Ms. Huong Le, I managed to visit many beautiful spots in Vietnam. Three French guides were generous and knowledgeable about Vietnam's history and culture. Vietnam is a very interesting country with a long history of more than 4000 years, lush vegetation and hospitable people. Only downside, very high humidity.

10.0 “The Client is King”
Mrs. Huong LE, our French-speaking consultant at Vietnam Paradise Travel, always has a keen eye for every service we requested and we have become her faithful customers. We have been to Bac Ha in Northern Vietnam, the Perfume Pagoda 1-hour drive from Hanoi and a beautiful trip in the Mekong Delta region. We never forget the beauty of the northern landscapes, the charm of Hanoi, not to mention excellent Vietnamese dishes. Vietnamese people are always nice and friendly and they smile all the time. To recommend without hesitation. Gerard and Denise

10.0 Big thumb up
Paradise Travel staff worked hard to make our tour from Hanoi to Saigon seamless. They took care in choosing for us knowledgeable guides to make visits to each locality memorable. They were thorough and called to check on us along the way. The hotels and the restaurants they chose for us were excellent. We will choose Paradise Travel again when we return in the future.

10.0 Great Trip Arrangement
My family and I used Paradise Travel for a recent trip to Vietnam. They arranged everything for us, from hotels, land transportation (flights, trains, vans), and city tours. We can easily contacted them via email and Whatsapp. They responded really quickly to any last minute changes. Everything went super smooth when we were in Vietnam. The guides were punctual for airport pickups and city tours. The hotels are clean and beautiful. We tried many traditional dishes at their recommended restaurants. Everything was wonderful. I would definitely use this company again.

9.4 Vietnam visit
Happy with overall experience. Thought included meals could have been just 1 course of tourists choice. Also my impression of luxury coach was different to your companies. Had inclusions of massage by blind people which we didn’t receive, only visited Vietnam, not Laos and Cambodia. Ver happy generally with Alex’s response, guidance and patience. We are now looking at China through your company next year. Thanks all concerned. Bonnie And Peter.

9.8 Best travel Agency ever!
Mr. Alex Duy and Paradise Travel customized a 15 days travel from Ho Chi Minh City to Hanoi via Hoi An including city tours, a one day trip to the Mekong Delta and a 3 days cruise in Ha Long Bay for two adults and two children (aged 6 and 10). We had bought international flight tickets before contacting the Agency. Everything went smoothly. Our travel guides were excellent as well as our chauffeurs! We were in contact with chauffeurs and travel guides during our trip in order to make sure that we knew when we would meet up for the different tours. This made us very secure and able to relax and just enjoy Vietnam. Originally, we wanted to travel by train from HCMC to Hoi An and again from Hoi An to Hanoi. But after the first train trip, we decided to travel by flight instead. Mr. Alex Duy managed to cancel our train tickets from Hoi An to Hanoi, get a refund, book flight tickets and arrange an extra night in Hoi An in the Hotel and in the same rooms – in no time! We had an amazing trip thanks to Paradise Travel, so I will definitely recommend this travel Agency to everyone!

10.0 Superb Trip

Hello Ms Huong Le,

I just want to give you our feedback on the trip and thank you for the excellent organization. We were delighted with our stay, everything was really good and exactly what we expected.

Tuan was an excellent, extremely knowledgeable and friendly tour guide. He always listened to us and brought us a lot of information about the places we visited.

- Mai Chau / Pu Luong / Ninh Binh: The homestays were very nice, especially the beautiful Pu Luong Retreat. The meals are delicious and the surrounding landscapes are romantic.

- Seaplane flight: IT WAS SUPERB !! We really liked it.

- In any case, once again I thank you for the organization of our stay and I will not hesitate to recommend Paradise Travel if my friends wish to visit Vietnam.

I wish you a nice day.

10.0 Wonderful experience with Paradise Travel
Hi, we returned 11-26-16 from our 15 day trip in Vietnam. It's been 5 days of jet lag but I am finally well enough to write a review of our experience. After spending time with family we started our tour with Paradise. We had no idea what to expect. We arrived in Hanoi airport to find "Tomb" waiting for us. A very energetic 26 year old tall young man. We felt like VIPs coming to a new van just to ourselves. I had no idea I had reserved private tours and van. Even though we were very tired from our travels Tung's energy boosted us and we had a wonderful day with him. I'll write more details in a blog. Everything was exceptionally handled by Alex. Even last minute changes when we grew too tired to do any more tours. Thanks so much!
