10.0 Details taken care of, so we could enjoy
Home safe and reflecting on what an amazing trip we had. Thank you Paradise for taking care of ALL THE DETAILS, so we could enjoy. Every hotel booked, every excursion, every tour guide, every driver was great. And planning everything with Alex was a breeze - he was courteous, replied quickly and was patient with all of our questions. We really felt taken care of every step of the way, which added a great comfort considering we were in a country far from home and didn't speak the language. Everything went so smoothly - it is hard to believe that a 2 wk trip could be so smooth, but it was. And all expenses were included and affordable. Such a breeze. We are still smiling from all the amazing experiences. Thank you. We will be recommending Alex and the whole team to anyone and everyone we know traveling to Vietnam. THANK YOU!

10.0 Family trip to Vietnam
Alex from Paradise Travel organised a fantastic itinerary for our extended family of 10 to spend a fortnight exploring Vietnam from Saigon in the south to Hanoi in the north. The accommodation, transport (including domestic flights), guides and food were of a very high standard and we had a really fantastic experience. Halong Bay was a real highlight of our tour. Thank you!

10.0 An Attentive Organization

For the first time, we used this agency to organize our trip with our 7-year-old son to Vietnam. From the beginning, when contacting via email, we are delighted with the responsibilities and dedication of our travel consultant, Ms Trang Doan. The recommendations we were given, the choices of sites, hotels, and guides were perfect.

Thanks to Trang Doan, we were able to discover Vietnam in all its aspects. The guides in Saigon ("Luck") and Hue ("Son") were fascinating and passionate. They are knowledgeable about history and culture and we gained a lot about your culinary arts. Their French were also outstanding and they were very attentive to our son.

Do not hesitate to call this agency! We will contact them again as soon as we have an opportunity to travel to Asia.

9.8 Everything as agreed, all requirements were fulfilled 100%. Thanks
Saigon active nice nightlife. Many young tourists, must see. Nha Trang nice beach, water not very clear, good food, dream city for Russians and Chinese. Hoi An more like Vietnam, worth of visit. Hanoi capital, we had a very nice weekend, good for shopping. Halong Bay sailing was romantic. We used bicycles, train, minibusses, domestic flight, all fine. Traffic chaotic but working. We will go another time and can recommend.

9.8 Amazing holiday thanks to Vietnam Paradise Travel!
Alex Duy arranged a comprehensive 14-day itinerary for us that covered everything we wanted to see (and none that we didn’t) - all at a leisurely, relaxed pace. We visited Saigon, Can Tho, Danang, Hoi An, Hue, Hanoi, Halong Bay and many surrounding areas. Absolutely everything went according to schedule, no “hiccups” and not a single thing to complain about. Our guides (Hung in the south, Chang in central Vietnam, and Lan in the north) were warm, personable, extremely knowledgeable and spoke excellent English. They took time to explain the significance and history of each place we visited, which greatly enriched the experience for us. We were also in awe of the drivers in each area and felt very safe as they calmly negotiated the chaotic traffic to get us where we needed to be without any stress (and without excessive use of the horn, I might add!). The hotels selected by Paradise Travel were excellent and well located for some independent exploring during free time. Similarly, the restaurants providing the included meals were first class, with ample servings of a large selection of very fresh, local dishes. Alex greeted us on our arrival in Hanoi, and also drove us to the airport on our departure. His professionalism and customer service delivery was outstanding from our first inquiry until he farewelled us at check-in. We have no hesitation, what-so-ever, of highly recommending Vietnam Paradise Travel to everyone as a trustworthy and customer-focused company.

9.8 Excellent tour arranged in very professional
We had a really fun time with Trang as our tour guide on your food tour in Hanoi. Driver name Hanh in Hanoi was excellent and his car was kept very clean. The day trip to Halong Bay was well organized. Thumbs up for the go-extra-miles service since it was the best time ever and was the most fun and was made even better by our amazing tour guides. I would recommend this company to be on your list.

10.0 Excellent Trip to Explore Vietnam
We found this travel agent via the internet. They were very prompt in responding and were able to customize our schedule with activities we want to experience. They met us at the airport and took us to the hotel. We did an afternoon trip around Saigon and afternoon tour to Cu Chi Tunnels, and spent 2 days in the Mekong Delta. My family (with 3 children) had a private car with a local driver. The tour guides were friendly and they showed us all aspects of Vietnam in both the past and present. Hoi An Lantern festival was amazing and we tried many street food in Hanoi. I would use this company again. Thank you so much!
