10.0 Exceptional does not begin to describe our Vietnam experience.
Our first experience with Paradise Travel was a same day answer to our inquiry eMail. Over the next 12 months we changed our minds several times and nothing was too much trouble for Alex Duy (Sales Manager) who responded immediately to each new request with a revised itinerary. Our trip began in Hanoi, a cruise on Halong bay, relaxed at the seaside on Phu Quock island then on to Ho Chi Min City and finally (can you ever have enough) more seaside chill time in Mui Ne – finally returning to South Africa after 14 days fully rested and with a new insight of the Vietnamese culture and way of life – this is what traveling is all about! What Paradise Travel excelled at was placing us in good comfortable hotels (you have no idea of how many hotels there are in Vietnam – good luck if you want to book yourself) where the location was within a block or two of the night markets and restaurants – as an indicator, during our holiday we never needed a taxi ever! Paradise Travel also arranged private tours for us in Hanoi and HCMC where a driver and English speaking guide would collect us at an arranged time and take us (in air conditioned luxury) to see various sites of cultural and historic importance. The guides were very well spoken and offered a plethora of facts and insight that made the experience both interesting and memorable. Travel Tip: If you are considering visiting Vietnam, send a mail to Paradise Travel. With their local knowledge and quick responses you will be guaranteed a fantastic holiday.

10.0 Vietnam with Friends
Alex arranged everything perfectly from our pick up on the first day of our holiday in Vietnam to the very last minute drop off at the airport when we returned home. The Halong Bay experience was something not to be missed and just awesome, location of the Hotel in Hanoi and Saigon really gave you the experience of Vietnam life style. All the included meals and city tours and Ba Na Hills and Golden bridge visits were perfect including the games of golf played in Hanoi, Da Nang and Saigon. Thank you once again to Paradise travel who is highly recommended and Alex for always being prompt with all our questions whilst planning our holiday.

10.0 Wonderful service
We used the agency to book a couple of tours initially but ended up counting on their professional knowledge of Vietnam in order to book more complicated transfers and train tickets. The service was excellent. Guides and drivers were very helpful and extremely friendly. The welcome was lovely. Overall a good option to help book parts of a DIY holiday.

9.8 Everything as agreed, all requirements were fulfilled 100%. Thanks
Saigon active nice nightlife. Many young tourists, must see. Nha Trang nice beach, water not very clear, good food, dream city for Russians and Chinese. Hoi An more like Vietnam, worth of visit. Hanoi capital, we had a very nice weekend, good for shopping. Halong Bay sailing was romantic. We used bicycles, train, minibusses, domestic flight, all fine. Traffic chaotic but working. We will go another time and can recommend.

9.8 Arranged all details including Hotels, Drivers and guides
Although the quality of the guides was across the spectrum, the majority were knowledgeable and their English understandable to excellent. We found the schedule very busy, keeping us on the move daily.

9.8 A genuine holiday experience
This was one of the greatest holidays I have been on and that is in no small part thanks to Paradise Travel. Everything was so easily organised, my partner and I kept thinking that surely it can't be this easy, but the crew at Paradise Travel make it so. Amazing experience and will definitely be using their service again when we return to Vietnam.

9.6 Well-managed Trip

Hi Alex,

We have already back to work now. And it was a great holiday in Vietnam. Thank you very much for arranging everything very well.

Everything just on time and well managed. We enjoyed it very much.

The last day we went to Vung Tau, it was worthy to go. We don’t need to go to Brazil to see the Jesus Christ statue. The one in Vung Tau is great.  I climbed up, even though it was very very tiring but I was so happy to reach the top and see the beauty of nature from there, so magnificent.

We were so lucky that we met a group from Jakarta as well there and luckily we know well their spiritual leader, so he asked us to join their group. What a pleasant surprised. We could have a ceremony in the church, WOW. It’s just perfect to conclude our journey in Vietnam.

I will sure recommend you if anybody wants to go to Vietnam.

We missed the Coconut Smoothie Coffee, I think I have to try to create my own then.

Once again thank you and wish you all the success with Vietnam Paradise Travel!

Best regards,

Patricia N. Landau
