Paradise Travel is an agency unlike any other. I really surprised at their responsibility and thoughtfulness. I was sick for 2 days on the trip and they modified my itinerary accordingly without me having to say anything. Don't hesitate to contact them when you plan a trip to Vietnam.
We had researched many tour companies while in Vietnam, and Paradise Travel was the best hands down. All resorts and hotels chosen were out of this world. The drivers were very professional. Their salesman even called us the evening before at the hotel to reconfirm pick-up time and respond to all questions I had. If you are wondering which of the many travel companies to go with, choose Vietnam Paradise Travel.
Hello Mrs. Huong Le,
I am writing to let you know about the progress of our trip to Vietnam.
We are very satisfied with the delivery of your agency and your follow-up before and during the trip. The route, transportation, and hotels were very good in general.
Sapa, Hoi An, and Hue are extraordinary. The two nights in Halong Bay are worth spending!
We are satisfied with all the drivers. For tour guides, we could recommend Phuon and Lian.
Your country is really beautiful, the food is excellent and, most importantly, the people are very welcoming.
Thanks again for making an interesting trip for us.
