10.0 Outstanding Tour Company in Vietnam
I found this company on Tripadvisor and contacted them via email. They were fabulous. We had a 2-week tour, top to bottom, fully personalised, our own car, guides. Everything was organised prior to going with lots of opportunity to change ideas, accomodation, lengths of stays etc. Everything was excellent. We stayed in great accomodation, our guides all spoke excellent English and our drivers and cars were clean and very safe. Can't recommend the company highly enough. Thanks for a great experience.

10.0 Great organization and customer service
Paradise Travel organized for us a 2-week tour in Vietnam from North to South. They built the trip for us exactly around our areas of interest and building the proper balance of time and activities. During the trip they stayed in contact with us and even reorganized our itinerary on the fly when we had flights delays. Their drivers were very safe, the hotel selection was good and in great locations. We would highly recommend will be back soon.

10.0 “The Client is King”
Mrs. Huong LE, our French-speaking consultant at Vietnam Paradise Travel, always has a keen eye for every service we requested and we have become her faithful customers. We have been to Bac Ha in Northern Vietnam, the Perfume Pagoda 1-hour drive from Hanoi and a beautiful trip in the Mekong Delta region. We never forget the beauty of the northern landscapes, the charm of Hanoi, not to mention excellent Vietnamese dishes. Vietnamese people are always nice and friendly and they smile all the time. To recommend without hesitation. Gerard and Denise

9.8 Excellent, best tour operator we have ever worked with

This is the second time we engaged the service of Vietnam Paradise travel. We took a group of 24 people from all over the world for a culture and tango tour from North to South. Duy, our sales contact was exceptional. The nature of the tour required a high level of customisation and flexibility which he fulfilled 100%. From chartering our own cruise boat to various pickup points to organising accommodation to our hotels of choice. Professional, reliable and absolutely trustworthy. Paradise travel always went beyond their duty to fulfill our needs. We are planning another trip in the near future and will definitely use them again. I highly recommend the company should you want to tour Vietnam.

9.8 15-day trip to Vietnam

We have just returned from a 15-day trip organized by Ms. Huong Le, whose professionalism we have to emphasize. We traveled to many wonderful destinations in Vietnam: Hanoi, Sapa, Halong Bay, Ninh Binh, Phong Nha, Hue and Hoi An. The drivers and tour guides were extremely competent and punctual, and the transportation (3 night trains, 1 domestic flight, minibus) was very well organized. We particularly appreciated the kindness and humor of our guide, Hà, in Sapa and the welcome we received from Mr. Trang's family for the night we stayed at their home. Our first Asian discovery has lived up to our expectations, and we highly recommend Paradise Travel.

10.0 Beautiful Memories in Vietnam

Hello Ms. Huong,

Everything is fine for us. Our return went well. We have had beautiful memories in Vietnam. We have discovered many interesting things about your country.

The Sakyo hotel was perfect. It was very well located and met all our expectations. Every day from 3 pm to 5 pm, they offered tea with sweets and sometimes they had a small orchestra. We really enjoyed the hot bath on the roof of the hotel. The room was beautiful. We highly recommend it.

Saigon really pleased us. We discovered many beautiful places and great restaurants. Anaé loved the zoo and our tour guide for her kindness, her attention.

The 2-day cruise was amazing, my guide spoke French very well and she was very attentive. Our daughter really enjoyed joking with her. The kitchen on the boat was of a very high standard. They took great care of our allergies.

Visiting some villages and seeing how they made rice cakes and noodles really delighted us. We loved Southern Vietnam and experienced a lot of new things there.

Thank you for your work and adaptation to the program we expected. No crowds of tourists, just perfect.

Yours sincerely,

Elisa Pierre-Yves and Anaé.

9.4 Very Impressive, Customer Focused Service
My Parents referred myself to Alex Duy's services as they had previously arranged their Vietnam experience through him 10 years ago and highly recommended him to arrange a comprehensive itinerary for my daughter and I that covered everything we wanted to see - all at a leisurely, relaxed pace. We visited Ho Chi Minh, Danang, Hoi An, Hanoi, Halong Bay and many surrounding areas. Absolutely everything went according to schedule, with no “hiccups” and not a single thing to complain about. Our guides were warm, personable, extremely knowledgeable and spoke excellent English. They took time to explain the significance and history of each place we visited, which greatly enriched the experience for us. My daughter and I felt very safe through our duration of travel especially with our designated drivers who navigated the chaotic traffic to get us where we needed to be without any stress and all on time when it came to airport transfer. The hotels selected by Paradise Travel were excellent and well located for some independent exploring during free time. Similarly, the restaurants providing the included meals were first class, with ample servings of a large selection of very fresh, local dishes. We have no hesitation, what-so-ever, of highly recommending Vietnam Paradise Travel to everyone as a trustworthy and customer-focused company and I shall be returning to Vietnam and using Alex's services again.

9.8 Amazing holiday thanks to Vietnam Paradise Travel!
Alex Duy arranged a comprehensive 14-day itinerary for us that covered everything we wanted to see (and none that we didn’t) - all at a leisurely, relaxed pace. We visited Saigon, Can Tho, Danang, Hoi An, Hue, Hanoi, Halong Bay and many surrounding areas. Absolutely everything went according to schedule, no “hiccups” and not a single thing to complain about. Our guides (Hung in the south, Chang in central Vietnam, and Lan in the north) were warm, personable, extremely knowledgeable and spoke excellent English. They took time to explain the significance and history of each place we visited, which greatly enriched the experience for us. We were also in awe of the drivers in each area and felt very safe as they calmly negotiated the chaotic traffic to get us where we needed to be without any stress (and without excessive use of the horn, I might add!). The hotels selected by Paradise Travel were excellent and well located for some independent exploring during free time. Similarly, the restaurants providing the included meals were first class, with ample servings of a large selection of very fresh, local dishes. Alex greeted us on our arrival in Hanoi, and also drove us to the airport on our departure. His professionalism and customer service delivery was outstanding from our first inquiry until he farewelled us at check-in. We have no hesitation, what-so-ever, of highly recommending Vietnam Paradise Travel to everyone as a trustworthy and customer-focused company.

10.0 Amazing Family Trip
Hello Ms. Huong LE, For the 4th time I use your agency (2x Vietnam, 1x Myanmar), I have to say that you meet all my expectations. The trip was beautiful, very well organized, a small problem of morning schedule because of domestic flights, otherwise perfect. Our hotels were great, the guides and drivers were friendly and attentive, they took very good care of my grandchildren. My daughter was very happy too, she did a lot of massages and sampled the food, no one was sick. Our family has small children who surprised us by their curiosity: Sasha (6 years) visited the temples, they made offerings in all the temples, that ruined the grandpa. Many people wanted to take photographs with us or with own children. Samuel (8 years old) asked the guide a lot of questions, he was interested in everything. The guides taught him how to count in Thai, he knew how to count up to 100 and Sasha up to 10. He also said thank you, hello and goodbye in Thai, which surprised a lot of people. We will plan another trip to Thailand with them in 2 years, and Burma and Vietnam as well. I will contact you a lot since I have plenty of countries to show my children. I put some photos as attached. See you soon.
