Mr. Alex Duy and Paradise Travel customized a 15 days travel from Ho Chi Minh City to Hanoi via Hoi An including city tours, a one day trip to the Mekong Delta and a 3 days cruise in Ha Long Bay for two adults and two children (aged 6 and 10). We had bought international flight tickets before contacting the Agency. Everything went smoothly. Our travel guides were excellent as well as our chauffeurs! We were in contact with chauffeurs and travel guides during our trip in order to make sure that we knew when we would meet up for the different tours. This made us very secure and able to relax and just enjoy Vietnam. Originally, we wanted to travel by train from HCMC to Hoi An and again from Hoi An to Hanoi. But after the first train trip, we decided to travel by flight instead. Mr. Alex Duy managed to cancel our train tickets from Hoi An to Hanoi, get a refund, book flight tickets and arrange an extra night in Hoi An in the Hotel and in the same rooms – in no time! We had an amazing trip thanks to Paradise Travel, so I will definitely recommend this travel Agency to everyone!
