9.8 Very good customer service

We are very satisfied with the quality of Paradise Travel's tour service and had a pleasant stay in Central and Southern Vietnam. The route was well-prepared, the guides were competent, especially Mr. Tuan who accompanied us during our visits to the center of Vietnam. The cruise to Halong Bay was unforgettable. The staff was more than welcoming and the food was excellent. I highly recommend Paradise Travel for people who wish to take a trip to Vietnam. For me, I will not hesitate to contact them again for my next trips.

10.0 Best Vietnam trip organised by Ms Helen

Ms Helen had arranged a very interesting tour itinerary for honeymoon package with very good hotels . We appreciate her efforts for well organised tours in each place we visited.Hotel room was well decorated for our welcome.Cars were clean and in good shape with courteous helpful drivers. The tour guides were knowledgeable and communicated their knowledge effectively. The best part was that she arranged Vegetarian delicious lunches and dinner in the vietham which was fully suprised for us. Helen, our tour coordinator, arranged absolutely everything for us and did it very well. The tour was perfect, and suited all our requests. Everyday we had a new guide who was specialized in what we were going to see. For any problem we could write Helen who immediately answered and solved it as soon as possible. We can say we are more than satisfied and would recommend tour.

Ms. Huong Le excellently organized a 14-day trip to Vietnam that made us want to return to Asia as soon as possible. Saigon active nice nightlife. Many young tourists, must see. Nha Trang nice beach, water not very clear, good food, dream city for Russians and Chinese. Hoi An more like Vietnam, worth of visit. Hanoi capital, we had a very nice weekend, good for shopping. Halong Bay sailing was romantic. We used bicycles, train, minibusses, domestic flight, all fine. Traffic chaotic but working. We will go another time and can recommend.
