The Asian Record’s Organization (ARO) has announced that eight Vietnamese specialties set new Asian record. They reflect typical value of Vietnamese regions.


Eight Vietnamese specialities get a new records in Asia

Green bean cake of Hai Duong province (Vietnam) known as ‘Banh Dau Xanh Hai Duong‘, is a sweet rectangular cake made with green bean, sugar, fat, grapefruit oil mixed together in reasonable percentage, and has been selected as one of the top specialty gifts of Asia. Since its initialization in the 20th century, this cake is largely consumed and become popular everywhere in Vietnam, and as of now, it is exported to many countries around the world.

Che Thai Nguyen
