  • It was an AMAZING trip and we were very happy with all of Paradise Travel's work to set it up. GREAT JOB. Thank you especially, Ms. Liah, for always being just a Whatsapp away and for your flexibility in helping us adapt to changes that came along. We tried to be as honest as possible below to give you insights into the trip.
  • 1. Da Nang:
  • • Thank you for your help with our canceled flight. Your quick work to rebook us into a hotel and confirm the flights really helped us to continue to enjoy our day without worrying too much about the challenges we had.
  • • The Pullman Resort was very nice. The breakfast was amazing.
  • • Ms. Lan’s restaurant is a fantastic place for Western tourists to go to experience Vietnamese food.
  • 2. Hué:
  • • The guide, Mr. Tung, was excellent. He was knowledgeable, easy to understand and quite friendly. He also knew all the right places to go at the right times and the places to take the best pictures. He easily fit in with our group and was a lot of fun to be with.
  • • The Hue city tour itself was great. We learned a lot and saw a lot even though it was super hot out. We added in a visit to the pagoda for Thit Nhat Hanh. This was a great visit and Mr. Tung really brought it to life for us.
  • 3. Marble Mountains & Hoi An:
  • • The marble mountains were great. But Hoi An has become super touristic and we did not enjoy our time here at all.
  • • The Hoi An Memories show was fantastic. The place was so well organized, had great food and great spots to take pictures. The show itself was very entertaining and our seats were great.
  • 4. Ha Noi:
  • • The Apricot Hotel was a fantastic hotel. So clean, elegant and welcoming. The location was also amazing (being right on the lake). We enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it.
  • • Street Food Tour was the favorite tour of most of our group. The ladies who took us around on motorbikes were fun, engaging and knowledgeable. This tour really gives you a feel for life in Ha Noi and the “street food.” The most liked part of the tour was riding around on motorbikes.
  • • As we were not acclimated to the food of Ha Noi, some of our party had some stomach issues following this tour. It is important to note that some Westerners may be upset by this. We were not upset as the joy of the tour was much greater than the sickness some experienced.
  • 5. Ninh Binh:
  • • The Tam Coc river tour was beautiful. But we were not ready for the rowing ladies and their insistence on tips. I personally was very annoyed at our boat driver as she kept asking and pushing for money.
  • • The hotel, An’s Eco Garden, made Ninh Binh a worthwhile trip. This place is amazing. It is an oasis tucked in the mountains. I would recommend sending your guests here on any visit to Ninh Binh.
  • 6. Ha Long Bay and Cat Ba:
  • • Mr. Van, our driver, was awesome. He was always on time, very courteous and as time went on did more and more for us. He bought us food, coffee and told us where we could go to get certain things. He is truly an exceptional driver and you should use him as much as you can.
  • • The Mon Cheri cruise was great. Everything about this boat was great. Very clean, organized and beautiful. The staff did everything you needed and they kept everyone working on a well paced agenda. We enjoyed our time on the cruise.
  • • The day tour to Cat Ba was great too because we got to see more of the bay. The kayaking and beach stop on this day tour were one of our favorite experiences.
  • Once again thank you so much Liah for all your help and hard work in making our tour such a great experience.  I will write you great reviews on trip advisor and share along your agency for anybody I know visiting Vietnam.
