Phu Quoc (Kien Giang province) is blessed with many beautiful beaches, possessing untouched primeval forests, majestic natural landscapes and warm and sunny weather. This destination is also very convenient for developing year-round resort tourism. The island has a prime geographical location when it is accessible to most key tourism markets in Southeast Asia within 1-2 hours of flight. Compared to the resort paradise like Phuket or Bali, the Emerald Island has more room to become a new destination of medical tourism.

A secret paradise with uninhabited remote islands and unspoilt beaches

Considered as the most beautiful beach in Vietnam, Phu Quoc is famous for white sands, calm seas and warm waters. The island is still not overrun by development so it is suitable for couples who love sightseeing and natural beauty. The majority of Phu Quoc Island is dedicated to National Park and protected marine environment, providing a memorable experience, with plenty of exciting activities and places to visit.

Coming to Phu Quoc Island in Vietnam Honeymoon Packages, couples can also enjoy fishing, snorkeling and scuba diving. Aside from its beaches, Phu Quoc is known for two things –  its fish sauce factories (dotted through Duong Dong town) and Suoi Tranh waterfall (10km southeast of Duong Dong in the centre of the island), and more of a river over rocks than a waterfall.

Phu Quoc is also called the Emerald Island because of its natural treasures and infinite tourism potential. There’s plenty of strips of sand worth exploring — Bai Thom on the northeast and Bai Dai on the northwest are both fine beaches and clear blue sea with Long Beach, Bai Sao, Beach Bai Vong; all is ideal for picnics, paddling, snorkeling or fishing.

Another minor attraction is the Pearl Farm, which sits about a third of the way down the length of Long Beach. Again a bit of a filler for a very slow or rainy day, the farm includes a small educational display about pearls along with the opportunity to spend a mozza on a few sets of earrings.

Not only for honeymoon time, Emerald Phu Quoc Island is also one of the best choices for Vietnam Beach Vacations.
