This orchard located between Cai Rang floating market and Phong Dien, Can Tho Province. My Khanh fruit garden owns more than 20 kinds of specialty Southwest fruits. As mentioned above, each boat has a long upright pole where the samples of the goods are hung on the top for sale.
During the early morning, the waterway does become a maze of many different boats packed with papaya, mango, bananas, pineapple, and even cigarettes. To meet the demands of both domestic and foreign visitors, different services are also available on the floating market. Apart from fresh fruits, they are quite able to enjoy Vietnamese breakfast dishes, like Pho, Hu Tieu or coffee.
Another prominent floating market in Mekong Delta is Cai Be, which is located at Tien Rive in the intersection of Vinh Long, Tien Giang and Ben Tre Provinces. This market is busy from the early morning (around 3 AM) to late afternoon. The goods exhibited here are abundant and multiform, ranging from fruits, seafood, animals, chicken, materials and commodities to sweet mandarin, coconut soap and candy. About 400 to 500 rafts and boats packed with vegetables, fruits and other regional products will be anchored along the 2 sides of the river. Just like Cai Rang Floating Market, the samples of products in each boat here will also be hung on a pole to attract customers.

Known as the biggest pagoda in Tien Giang, Vinh Trang temple was built in 1849. The unique structure of the pagoda is a mix of Vietnamese, Chinese and Cambodian architectural style. The temple was restored many times since it was built and the structure is meant to resemble an Indian Raj Palace. It is set amongst lovely gardens packed with flowers and shrubs, lotus pools and tombs of the monks and has huge ornate triple arched gates. The temple is easily reached by a bike ride or could even be walked to while staying at My Tho, Vietnam.
Ong Temple or Quang Trieu assembly hall is a temple built formerly as the assembly hall for the Chineses from Guangdong, China in 1894. The temple is the place for locals to worship deities such as God of Earth or Goddess of Fortune. Therefore, when coming to Ong Temple, travelers will experience the Chinese-style architecture as well as witnessing the locals worshiping. This temple is one of the rarest temples in Can Tho that retains the architecture of its origin.
The communal house was built by Emperor Tu Duc in 1893. The architecture of this house is different from the communal houses in the North. Binh Thuy Communal house is a valuable monument of art and architectural style in the newly-expanded South Western area. Every year, the local people organize “Thuong Dien” (land breaking) ceremony and “Ha Dien” (farm work initiation) ceremony in honor of the God of Agriculture.

Here, travelers will see every step of the noodle manufacturing process and get to try making by yourself. The factory itself also includes a mini zoo with various pets and an open-air restaurant where you could taste the freshly made noodles and purchase some to bring home for future enjoyment.
This house is known for its structure and historical event. Its structure is a mixture of Western and Eastern architecture. The house includes three compartments as the typical house in the South and built of wood in 1895. The restoration in 1917 brought the house with the character of French villa in harmony with Eastern architecture. Historically, this house is the home of Huynh Thuy Le – the main character in the famous novel called “The Lovers” written by his lover Marguerite Duras.
This farm is one of the five biggest crocodile farms in Vietnam. With the combination of ornamental trees, bonsai trees, and over ten thousand crocodiles, Ba Dang crocodile farm is a very interesting destination for travelers. This is the destination best fitted for travelers who love plant or want to learn more about the fierce four-legged lizard as well as the techniques to grow them.
