1. Ban Gioc Waterfall


Located in the northeastern province of Cao Bang, Ban Gioc Waterfall is one of Vietnam’s most iconic natural waterfalls. The falls are 30 meters high and 300 meters across, making Ban Gioc one of the 4 biggest cross-border waterfalls in the world. It offers a stunning site of 3 layers of cliffs among a picturesque, rich green background. 2. Bac Waterfall


Thac Bac (the Silver Waterfall) is located about 12km from the centre of Sa Pa town. It is formed by sources of water from the Lo Sui Tong mountain peak. You can get to Thac Bac by car or by motorbike in only 30 minutes. This is one of the most magnificent waterfalls of Vietnam with the incredible view from Ham Rong Mountain. The flows of white water from the fall strongly pours down the stream below, together with extravagant landscape of mountainous surroundings create a picturesque landscape.

3.  Pongour waterfall


Pongour waterfall is located about 50 km south of Da Lat city in Lam Dong province. It is regarded as one of the most beautiful and attractive falls in the West Highland with about 40 km in height and over 100 m in width. The scenic landscape around the waterfall is still primitive. If visiting the site in rainy season between April and October, tourists can see water flowing down into a big pool. In dry season, from November to March, travellers can see a breathtaking view of nature when wild sunflowers are in full bloom, turning the path leading to the waterfall into light yellow color. Setting up a camping site and enjoy the stunning beauty of the waterfall is definitely a memorable experience.

4. Tac Tinh Waterfall


Tac Tinh Waterfall is around 30 kilometers to the southeast of Lai Chau Town. The waterfall starts at the height of 130 meters from the Hoang Lien Son Range and ends with a 100-square-meter lake. If you want to make your trip more adventurous, climb up for about 15 minutes and you will capture the best view of the stunning waterfall.

5. May Waterfall


Thac May (the Cloud Waterfall) is a beautiful and romantic place located in Thanh Hoa province.
