Mai Chau – Pu Luong 3 days 2 nights

7.30 Pick up at your hotel in Hanoi, head out for Mai Chau. Scenic photo stop along the way and visit the Muong tribes and then Thung Khe Pass for a spectacular view of Mai Chau Valley.

11.00 Arrive in Mai Chau, relax and have an authentic lunch with a local family of the White Thai tribe and enjoy some free time to acquaint yourself with the villagers.

Afternoon, ride a bike through narrow village path, see terraced rice paddies and small villages, discovering the natural beauty of the valley and encountering the culture of the ethnic minority Thai people on our visits to the Pom Coong and Na Phon villages. Enjoy the dinner then watch the Thai’s traditional dance. This evening enjoy a traditional Thai performance of music and dance. Overnight in the communal stilt house or Valley View Bungalow.

The Thai ethnic group has inhabited this area for centuries and much of their lifestyle and traditions have remained unchanged over the years.

7.30am: Wake up and have breakfast at the home stay. Then our driver will drive you  to Pu Luong Nature Reserve which is far 35 km fro Mai Chau . Trekking in Pu Luong Nature Reserve to explore a stunning cave.  Enjoy Lunch in the village and drive to return Mai Chau by taking another road through the beautiful rural villages. Arrive in Mai Chau enjoy your free time with your motorbike to explore the Valley yourself. Dinner and overnight at the lodge. (home stay/bungalow).

7:30am: Wake up and eat breakfast. Then go with your tour guide to visit more remote rural villages Na Meo and Na Mo villages to understand more about their culture and customs.Back to the home stay for lunch and check-out. Free time for shopping and relaxing. Say goodbye to the family to get on the car to drive back Hanoi. Arrive in Hanoi around 07:00 p.m then drop you off at your hotel. End of your trip.
