Your adventure in Laos begins as you join your guide for an afternoon exploring this incredible city. Spend your time roaming the streets, visiting the numerous markets and temples and get lost in the rich cultural atmosphere of this land. Today join your guide for an unmissable trip to the cascading Kuang Si Waterfalls to enjoy the scenery and take some jealousy inducing photos as you relax and swim in these picturesque surroundings. This morning we have an early rise for a unique local experience, giving alms to the procession of monks as they make their way through the city streets on their daily trek. Then it’s time to head south for the majestic karst hills of Vang Vieng.

If you’re missing western cuisine this is the place to get it, enjoy a delicious lunch before we head off to the refreshing waters of the blue lagoon for a reprieve from the heat. Tonight we head out for a delicious dinner by the river and a few warm up drinks. Vang Vieng is renowned as a party town, so if you’re up for it, head out into the night for an unforgettable night.
Explore your surroundings and do a spot of shopping or join us for an exciting optional day trip, kayaking the Nam Song river. Cruising upon this refreshing lifeline is the perfect way to enjoy the natural beauty of Laos, wind your way through shimmering rice paddies with occasional stops to explore caves, frolic in the water and hike to viewpoints. Tonight, head out for another delicious dinner followed by a few drinks and another crazy night in this eclectic paradise.
This morning we set a course south for the resplendent Laotian capital of Vientiane. We stop en route at the Ban Houei Mo, a local fish market to get a taste of rural life in Laos before continuing on to make our midday arrival at Vientiane. We explore the city’s numerous sights including the humanitarian COPE centre, the Patuxai war monument, the intricate gilded architectural marvel of the Phat That Luang stupa, and more.
Tonight we do some last minute shopping at the night markets before we head out into the night for the big send off to our incredible Asian adventure!
