This 8-Day Northern Vietnam Golf & Coastal Tour is designed for golfers who want to play six golf courses while exploring Hanoi, Hai Phong and Ha Long Bay. The itinerary includes rounds at King’s Island Golf Resort, Vinpearl Golf Hai Phong, Tuan Chau Golf Resort, FLC Ha Long Golf Club, Phoenix Golf Resort and Stone Valley Golf Resort.
The tour combines golf with different landscapes across Northern Vietnam, from the lakes around Hanoi to coastal courses near Hai Phong and Ha Long Bay, followed by golf in the hills and limestone landscapes west and south of Hanoi.
You will stay in Hanoi, Hai Phong and Ha Long during the trip, with private transportation between the hotels and golf courses. The itinerary can be customized around your preferred hotel category, tee times, travel dates and sightseeing interests.
Upon arrival at Noi Bai International Airport, meet your driver and transfer to your hotel in central Hanoi.
After check-in, the rest of the day is free to relax or explore Hanoi. You may walk around the Old Quarter, visit Hoan Kiem Lake or enjoy some local Vietnamese food.

After breakfast, depart Hanoi for King’s Island Golf Resort in Dong Mo, located about an hour from central Hanoi.
Enjoy an 18-hole round surrounded by Dong Mo Lake and the surrounding hills. After golf, return to Hanoi.
The evening is free for dinner or sightseeing in the Old Quarter.

After breakfast, check out and travel to Hai Phong. The drive from Hanoi takes around two hours, depending on traffic.
Upon arrival, play 18 holes at Vinpearl Golf Hai Phong on Vu Yen Island. The golf complex has 36 holes across two courses, the Lake Course and the Marsh Course, giving you different options depending on the tee time and booking confirmed.
After golf, check in to your hotel in Hai Phong. The evening is free to relax or explore the city.

Vinpearl Golf Hai Phong.
After breakfast, travel from Hai Phong to Ha Long and continue to Tuan Chau Golf Resort.
Enjoy an 18-hole round in the coastal setting of Tuan Chau Island.
After golf, transfer to Ha Long City and check in to your hotel. The evening is free to relax by the waterfront or explore the city.

After breakfast, transfer to FLC Ha Long Golf Club for an 18-hole round.
The course is located on Bai Chay Hill and offers views across Ha Long Bay. After golf, return to Hanoi by private vehicle.

Everything went well during our trip to Tonkin Golf.
The hotel in Hanoi was very well-placed and comfortable with a unique rooftop view. The city tour was well organized.
The cruise on Halong Bay, with good weather, was amazing; the company had a French-speaking guide and he helped us to adapt to our culinary difficulties.
The lodge Mai Chau was very nice with great walks to the villages in the afternoon.
Finally, 2 beautiful boat trips in the Halong Bay land were held before returning to the airport.
We loved this trip to Vietnam because of the kindness of the Vietnamese, many of whom made efforts to speak French to us and showed us welcome by forgiving our colonial past.
