  • 3–10 days before arrival: Up to 30% of the total tour price, plus any services already used or any applicable cancellation fees or penalties charged by airlines, hotels, or other suppliers.
  • Less than 3 days before arrival, during the tour, or in case of no-show: Up to 100% of the total tour price, limited to 10% management fee and the actual costs incurred, including services already used and any applicable cancellation fees or penalties charged by airlines, hotels, or other suppliers

Children Policy

  • Children under 5 years old: Travel free of charge when sharing a room and meals with a full-paying adult. Any applicable airfare, entrance fees or additional expenses will be charged separately.
  • Children aged 5 to under 11: Pay 50% of the adult rate when sharing a room and services with a full-paying adult.
  • Children aged 11 and above: Pay the full adult rate.

Did this Saigon > Hanoi Heritage trip and I’m buzzing! Highlights? Hoi An’s night markets, Hue’s Perfume River boat ride, and Ha Long Bay at sunrise are up there. Everything was smooth-domestic flights, transfers, hotels-it just flowed, no stress. Guides were chill but super helpful, recommended the best foodie spots and hidden cafes. Definitely a top-notch way to soak up Vietnam's culture, history, and vibes.

Just back from the Saigon to Hanoi Heritage tour-it was epic! We kicked off in HCM City, got schooled in history at Cu Chi tunnels, and wound through lantern‑lit Hoi An before stepping into imperial Hue. Ha Long Bay totally stole the show-cruising around those limestone karsts was unreal. Guides were legends, hotel stays were comfy, and zero annoying surprises. Couldn’t recommend it more, mate!

Salut! I joined this Saigon to Hanoi Heritage tour and absolutely loved it. From sipping egg coffee in Hanoi’s French Quarter to cruising Ha Long Bay and wandering Hue’s royal citadel-it was magique. Guides were super friendly, explained everything beautifully in English and even cracked a few jokes. The mix of history, food, and scenery was just spot on. A truly polished and unforgettable adventure!
