However, South Central Coast is less affected by the monsoon. It is cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter than North Central Coast.

In some popular places in North Central Coast such as Hue, Da Nang, and Hoi An, the level of rainfall is considerable. You will witness floods in Hoi An Ancient Town during this season. Nha Trang and Mui Ne are not as affected by monsoon as North Central Coast. There are drizzling rains, however, it may be sunny for some days.

Buon Ma Thuot

If you want to enjoy a cup of coffee in chilly weather with humidity and wind, Buon Ma Thuot is your destination. It is considered the ‘Capital of Coffee’ in Vietnam. As autumn is not a busy season for tourism in Buon Ma Thuot, you can find a hotel with reasonable price.
