Detailed Itinerary
Lunch & Dinner
07:30 – 08:00: Your transfer vehicle will collect you from your hotel and convey you to Halong International Cruise Port.
12:00: Check-in Warmly welcomed by Signature Team in Halong International Harbour. Complete the luggage check-in procedure at the waiting lounge before boarding for the cruise.
12:45: Onboard Transferred to the Signature Cruise by a tender boat. The Cruise Manager and the whole crew member welcome you onboard, a safety briefing and clearing out the itinerary will be delivered while you are enjoying our signature welcome drink.
13:00: Happy lunch Lunch is served at our cozy restaurant. As the cruise departs towards Bai Tu Long Bay – a hidden gem of Halong Bay Complex, absorb yourself in the gorgeous scenery and famous sights of limestone.
15:00 (Summer activities option 01.04 – 30.10): The boat anchors at the Cong Do area, a perfect spot for guests to go kayaking among majestic limestone mountains and enjoy swimming freely at pristine beaches. Guests can also relax on the endless stretches of white sandy shores, surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty.
14:45 (Winter activities option 01.11 – 31.03): The cruise stops at Vung Vieng Floating fishing village, a wealthy fishing village and had its reputation for culturing pearls. Here we have time to discover the life and culture of fishing people by kayaking.
16:00: Relax Back to the Signature Cruise to enjoy your free time. Massage is available -please book in advance with the Cruise Manager.
17:30: Cooking class A Cooking Demonstration of traditional Vietnamese dishes will be organized by Athena Head Chef.
18:00 – 19:00: Happy hour Take advantage of the Happy hours “Buy 1 get 1 free” drink while the sun is giving way to stunning twilight.
19:00: Dinner A fusion set menu will be served to warm up your stomach after a long active day.
21:00: Cheerful evening Freetime for evening activities: film entertainment, mini-games (in the dining room); squid fishing; massage… The Cruise Manager will be there to support you.
Kayak
Breakfast & Lunch
06:30: Tai-chi class Good morning the Bay by joining Tai-Chi Exercise on the sundeck in 30 minutes whilst cruising to “Thien Canh Son” Cave.
07:00: Breakfast A light breakfast is ready to serve at the restaurant.
08:00: Visit “Thien Canh Son” cave – Thien Canh Son Cave is comprised of three caverns in total, each one strewn with stalactites and stalagmites. 200 steps is waiting for your legs, ready to beat it. Walking long the white sand beach and Bai Tu Long paradise view.
09:00: Check out Come back to Signature cruise, relax and pack the luggage. Leave the luggage outside the door. Signature team will collect and get them ready on the Pier.
09:30: Brunch Enjoy a brunch buffet at the restaurant after check-out while cruising toward the port.
10:45: Goodbye Transfer by tender back to Halong International Habour and disembarkation. Farewell to guests.
12:00-12:30: Get on shuttle mini bus and get back to Hanoi.

Cancellation by Customer
Please note that some services such as flights, hotels and other bookings may have cancellation fees once they have been confirmed and paid. Any applicable supplier cancellation fees will be charged to the traveler.
The following are the maximum cancellation fees that may apply:
- After booking confirmation: Any applicable cancellation fees charged by airlines, hotels, or other suppliers.
- 11–20 days before arrival: Up to 20% of the total tour price, plus any applicable cancellation fees charged by airlines, hotels, or other suppliers.
- 3–10 days before arrival: Up to 30% of the total tour price, plus any services already used or any applicable cancellation fees or penalties charged by airlines, hotels, or other suppliers.
- Less than 3 days before arrival, during the tour, or in case of no-show: Up to 100% of the total tour price, limited to 10% management fee and the actual costs incurred, including services already used and any applicable cancellation fees or penalties charged by airlines, hotels, or other suppliers
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change your trip. We will always do our best to minimize any cancellation costs where possible.
Children Policy
- Children under 5 years old: Travel free of charge when sharing a room and meals with a full-paying adult. Any applicable airfare, entrance fees or additional expenses will be charged separately.
- Children aged 5 to under 11: Pay 50% of the adult rate when sharing a room and services with a full-paying adult.
- Children aged 11 and above: Pay the full adult rate.
Please note: The child rates apply when children share a room and services with a full-paying adult. Additional charges may apply for extra beds, private rooms, special meals or other services requested for children. Child rates may also vary depending on the specific tour, hotel policy and services included.
