Most of our Vietnam tour packages include accommodation, domestic transportation, meals as specified in the itinerary, domestic flights, cruise and land transfers, entrance tickets, and the service of professional local guides.

International flights and personal expenses are usually excluded.

Generally, the price does not cover visa/passport fees, international flights, personal travel insurance, optional activities and meals not mentioned in the itinerary.

We offer a flexible cancellation policy depending on the type of Vietnam tour package and booking conditions. Cancellation fees depend on how early you cancel and on charges from hotels, airlines, or other suppliers:

• More than 20 days before arrival: only actual supplier fees (if any).
• 15–20 days before arrival: 10% of total package price + supplier fees.
• 3–14 days before arrival: 15% of total package price + supplier fees.
• Less than 3 days before arrival, during the tour, or no-show: 20% of total package price + any used services + supplier fees.

Please note that the deposits are non-refundable, unused services cannot be reimbursed, and in cases of Force Majeure (e.g. natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, strikes), compensation claims cannot be accepted.
