10.0 Outstanding trip thanks to paradise travel View on TripAdvisor

Absolutely outstanding tour. Every aspect of our trip was perfectly planned and customised to our interests, taking care of us from the minute we landed until the minute we departed. Every guide and driver went out of their way to make sure our visit was enjoyable, from having an endless supply of chilled water waiting for us, to making sure I (as a vegetarian) was accommodated so I could enjoy the experiences with my family. Our teens loved the Vespa food tour around HCMC and I loved our bike ride through rice fields in Hoi An, but it’s really hard to say a favourite part as the entire trip was just perfect. We also really appreciated that while it was a full schedule, we always had a good amount of downtime to do a bit of extra exploring at each stop along the way. Would recommend paradise travel to anyone looking for an amazing holiday.

The company perfect organise for me 3 weeks trip to Vietnam in the places I wanted to visit. Agent was speaking good english. When I arrived, I was picked up on time. I got very good drivers, tour leaders and I was often in touch via whatsapp to inform that all trips are doing great. We got 3 meals per day-delicious served within 3min. so delicious and too much choices. For the drinks u need to pay yrself. Restaurants high standards. Hotels were very good. It was dream tour. Visiting places were like from the fairy tale. When we had long trip between 2 cities, company organise "4h hotel"during the day/that amazing service never saw before. The cars were very high class with airco. It is one of very good Travel Organisation.

10.0 A serious agency View on TripAdvisor

A serious agency that follows its customers day by day, and focuses on whether everything is in line with his expectations. Some visits more commercial than tourist could be avoided (ex: the boat ride to HUE, where one finds oneself stuck to buy some useless trinkets in addition to a crossing at least prohibitive for the region.) Otherwise the rest was very good behavior with a follow-up of Amélie Nguyen to the care.

It was great. Drivers were all there on time & did exactly what we wanted. We overcame any translation problems quickly and saw a beautiful country through our own eyes and the perspective of some of the locals. Fabulous.

Excellent family trip from Hanoi, Mai Chau, Pu Luong to Halong Bay's beaches and mountains. Everyone in my family has wonderful experiences in Vietnam. Paradise Travel's consultant and tour guides are excellent.

9.8 15-day trip to Vietnam View on TripAdvisor

We have just returned from a 15-day trip organized by Ms. Huong Le, whose professionalism we have to emphasize. We traveled to many wonderful destinations in Vietnam: Hanoi, Sapa, Halong Bay, Ninh Binh, Phong Nha, Hue and Hoi An. The drivers and tour guides were extremely competent and punctual, and the transportation (3 night trains, 1 domestic flight, minibus) was very well organized. We particularly appreciated the kindness and humor of our guide, Hà, in Sapa and the welcome we received from Mr. Trang's family for the night we stayed at their home. Our first Asian discovery has lived up to our expectations, and we highly recommend Paradise Travel.
