This involved identifying the appropriate visa category, preparing necessary documents, and completing the application process in accordance with regulations.

Accommodation was also self-organized. Selecting suitable housing required consideration of factors such as cost, location, safety, and proximity to the workplace. Securing accommodation in advance was essential to ensure a stable living arrangement upon arrival.

Transportation within Vietnam also required individual arrangement. Various options such as ride-hailing services, taxis, and public transportation are commonly used in major cities. Familiarization with these systems was necessary to ensure efficient and safe daily commuting.

Prior to arrival, preparation also included researching Vietnamese culture, basic communication practices, and general information about the tourism industry. Financial planning and logistical arrangements were also important components of the preparation phase.

Internship tasks and responsibilities

The internship tasks were structured according to both university requirements and the internal framework of the travel company. A predefined internship outline provided by the academic institution served as a guideline for task execution.
