All Classes include the following itinerary:
- 9.00 am: Welcome morning/afternoon tea, meeting at Hanoi Cooking Centre (HCC) No. 44 Chau Long Street, Ba Dinh district. Brief introduction to Vietnamese cuisine, highlighting the contents of tradition meal.
- 9.20 am: Short walk to Chau Long Market with HCC Chef to explain local produce & market culture
- 10.00 am: Return to HCC and participate in a hands-on cooking class working at your own cooking station
- 11.00 am: Upon completion of the class – move to the restaurant to enjoy your own dishes accompanied by free flow local Hanoi beer, Italian wine, soft drinks or fresh juice.
- 12.30 pm: Finish class.
