Hanoi Cooking Classes 1 Day


At Hanoi Cooking Centre, they run daily Vietnamese Cooking Class with 2 classes per day at 9.00am and at 2.30pm. You can learn to cook some Vietnamese delicious dishes and enjoy them here.

Detailed Itinerary

All Classes include the following itinerary:

  • 9.00 am: Welcome morning/afternoon tea, meeting at Hanoi Cooking Centre (HCC) No. 44 Chau Long Street, Ba Dinh district. Brief introduction to Vietnamese cuisine, highlighting the contents of tradition meal.
  • 9.20 am: Short walk to Chau Long Market with HCC Chef to explain local produce & market culture
  • 10.00 am: Return to HCC and participate in a hands-on cooking class working at your own cooking station
  • 11.00 am: Upon completion of the class – move to the restaurant to enjoy your own dishes accompanied by free flow local Hanoi beer, Italian wine, soft drinks or fresh juice.
  • 12.30 pm: Finish class.

Cancellation by Customer

  • 30% of total package price should be deposited once the booking is confirmed
  • Cancellation received less than 72 hours prior arrival date or No show: full charge the total package rate
  • Cancellation received from 4 days to 14 days prior arrival date: 50% of total package tour charged
  • Cancellation received from 15 days to 20 days prior arrival date: 10% of total package tour charged

Children Policy

  • 50% discount for child under 6 years accompany with 2 full paying clients, staying in same room with parents
  • 75% charged for child from 6-11 years accompany with 2 full paying clients, staying on extra bed
  • The above children rates are applicable for booking made with 2 adults and a maximum of 2 children occupancy in a room.
  • Child age of 12 years up is subject to adult rate
