Upon arrival in Dong Hoi (train station, airport, bus station…), our driver and guide will welcome you and start the journey along the legendary North–South coastal road.
Your first stop is Vung Chua – Yen Island. This is the resting place of General Vo Nguyen Giap, Vietnam’s legendary hero, blessed with a sacred and majestic feng-shui landscape. Offer flowers and incense in solemn respect, then stroll the nearby beach for captivating photos amid pristine natural surroundings. Continue to Ngang Pass, the natural boundary between Quang Binh and Ha Tinh. The pass lies along the Hoanh Son Range – an extension of the Truong Son Range that stretches out to the sea.

Visit the Temple of Princess Lieu Hanh, one of the Four Immortals in folk beliefs and Central Vietnam’s most sacred site, where locals pray for peace and fortune. Enjoy a delicious lunch at a local restaurant by Da Nhay Beach, featuring fresh seafood. Return to Dong Hoi for hotel check-in, with free time to relax or swim at Nhat Le Beach.

The driver and guide will pick you up at the hotel and depart for Phong Nha – Ke Bang National Park. Traveling along the historic Ho Chi Minh Trail, you will pass through ancient forests and enjoy magnificent mountain landscapes.
Upon arrival at Paradise Cave, take a 1,300-meter electric buggy ride under the forest canopy, enjoying the sounds of birds and butterflies. Walk up 570 meters or climb 525 stone steps to reach the cave entrance. Though the opening is only about 1.2 meters high, the inside reveals a colossal underground world. Known as the longest dry cave in Asia, you will follow the wooden walkways inside to discover astonishing stalactite formations, illuminated by a carefully designed lighting system that preserves its natural beauty.

Depart for the former Demilitarized Zone (DMZ). Visit Truong Son National Martyrs’ Cemetery on Ben Tat Hill, Vietnam’s largest war cemetery with over 10,333 graves honoring soldiers who perished on the Truong Son Trail. Enjoy lunch in Dong Ha City. Head to Hien Luong Bridge and Ben Hai River, the symbolic North-South divide for 21 years.
