  1. Came as a group of five and stayed here for the final night on the Vietnam leg of my SEA vacation. We were welcomed with welcome drinks and they let us stow our luggage in the lobby while we went for lunch and they prepped our rooms. Rooms were clean and spacious with comfy beds. The staff always treat me right, including welcome drink and free breakfast (martin is a hoot). I love the location as it is in the old quarter near local and western establishments. I always recommend it to my friends when they go to Hanoi.
